This is MacKenzie Mauzy who plays Phoebe Forrester on the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful (since July 11, 2006), also she was the second Lizzie Spaulding (from 2000-2002) on the CBS soap Guiding Light from October 2000 to August 2002.
